I know you're owned by the same company, little Abarth, but I think that's a bit overly optimistic to wear that badge.

Ahh noo. Not in my home town!

I think that badge is off the Tributo Ferrari.

Ah, that's what I get for letting my response sit for a few minutes before publishing. Somebody jumps in ahead with the same photo!

From where you saw that just head north a bit, take the 52 west to the Convoy street exit, turn left and you will be at the Fiat dealership. They can hook you up with whatever color you want!

No no no no... no. I wasn't clear. Not looking for a blue 500. Looking for a blue E39 M5.

Ahhhhh! Then keep going straight on Convoy street turn right on Clairemont Mesa Blvd and right on the service street that rune parallel to the 163 south...you will find BMW of SD there.

Yes, and they directed me to a blue F10 M5, since the sales people don't know the difference.

Does everyone on Jalopnik/Oppo live in Southern California? (including me)

Okay, then head up to Escondido to brecht BMW, they seem a little more up on things.... and they had an Isetta in their showroom last time I was there...so it's worth the drive just for that.

Bought my last two cars from them. Sales guys were always nice enough, but not what I'd call "knowledgable" on BMWs. Maybe I'm not talking to the right people.
Also, I'm not going to find a E39 M5 at a BMW dealer. The staff swoop in and pick up early-model M-cars as soon as they come in on a trade.

I know, I've seen them racing down the highway when the new model year begins. Especially when the new 1 series was released.
